This device has two holes for your wheel axles to go in and a bolt that tensions your chain with ease. The chain tensioner sits in your dropout and with your axle nuts slightly loose you can tighten or loosen each tensioner to keep your wheel center. Tighten up the axle nuts and the set nuts on the bolt and your wheel will stay in place. This is a perfect accessory to add some color or keep your chain tight if you apply heavy pressure on your chain.

Billet BMX Chain Tensioners feature an internal bolt that does not stick out like other brands on the market. The Shield slides front to back with adjustment making it easy to match axle position on both slides using numbered markings. These are made from 6061 T6 aluminum that are fully CNC machined. The CNC parts are tumbler polished then bright dip anodized for glossy appearance and corrosion resistance. They are finished with Laser engraving for high end detail.
