"The Mission Bottom bracket is compatible with any style 3pc cranks. The Mid fits any Mid compatible frame and comes with sealed bearing, tube spacer, cone spacers, spindle spacers and Sprocket hat washer. The American B.B. to mid/19mm/22mm/24mm is a Aluminum cup that fits a American bottom bracket and 19mm, 22mm or 24mm spindle crankset. The American hop up kit adds a spindle & bolts to the bottom bracket if you only have the 8 splined 3pc crank arms. The Euro BB has threaded cups to go inside your frame if it also has threads. These are used mainly for a narrow drivetrain. The External euro BB are for a wide drivetrain. Whatever bottom bracket you have and you are trying to upgrade to a sealed 3pc. Cranks, this is what you need to make it happen."
