The Haro Mid bottom bracket has sealed bearings for a 19mm or 22mm spindle. Made for any bmx bike with a mid bottom bracket. Simple and easy to install. Includes an assortment of aluminum spacers to optimize chain line and crank clearance. You can use it with 68mm or 73mm spacing bb. If you need great quality bearings for some new cranks or upgraded cranks these will have you rolling in style.
