The DT SWISS RR481 X Throne Fixed rear wheel is a heavy duty fixed gear wheel that is reasonably priced and comes equipped with a rim that should be on a tank. The DT Swiss RR481 rim is a super heavy duty hoop design for gnarly Gravel riding or Cyclocross but thrown on a fixed Throne hub to hold up to 180's. The double wall construction, 22m width, and the dome shape makes this rim super stiff. The fixed Hex Throne hub has an extra long axle for chain tensioners & pegs. It rolls on sealed bearings and even comes with a freewheel side if you want to ride freewheeled. If you know we always come through with that heat, bolt this up and never bolt another rear wheel to your bike again.
